Quan seemed excited to pass the Best Supporting Role trophy over to Downey at the ceremony, but the Oppenheimer star appeared to blatantly ignore him.
Downey Jr. couldn't resist cracking a joke as he accepted the Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor.
The "Oppenheimer" actor motioned to Kimmel to move things along.
