Trump told Fox News on Friday that he plans to vote no on a Florida measure that would expand abortion rights.

Though Trump said women need more time than six weeks to decide whether to have an abortion, he said hed vote against the measure because Democrats are radical.

\"So I think six weeks, you need more time than six weeks, Trump said. Ive disagreed with that right from the early primaries. At the same time, the Democrats are radical because the nine months is just a ridiculous situation where you can do an abortion in the ninth month.

Trump added falsely that some states allow children to be killed after theyre born.

Some of the states, like Minnesota and other states have it where you can execute the baby after birth, and all of that is unacceptable, so Ill be voting no for that reason.

The proposed amendment in Florida says, in part, \"No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patients health.\"
