I needed something I can wear while working at a computer all day and this is perfect. Provides relief, comfortable, and doesnt prevent me from typing or using a mouse. I was previously using an Ace brace thats very similar to this one, but the velcro wore out quickly and it would stretch out on me, which was annoying. Ive had different wrist guards before which I would use on and off whenever I overused my wrist, be it pulling weeds, stripping wallpaper or painting. It just happens. I had been painting at my sons house and left my two wraps there and saw this online and that it was infused with copper and just thought, what the heck. Well, I have to say my thumb joint was really bothering me from overuse at work and I used this new wrap for about 12 hours and my joint stopped hurting! Im shocked. Im a photog which means constant editing and my wrist hurts as soon as I touch my mouse. The bigger braces are great to use at night but I cant edit and do a lot of other things with them on so I had to find a smaller option. I have now ordered 4 of these because I love them and like to make sure to always have them ready to go! I wear for a couple days then turn it inside out and place in a mesh laundry bag and throw it in the washer with my clothes, then hang dry. handwashing is of course the recommended way to clean but mine havent worn out yet so Im fine with my way. I am a digital artist with arthritis and carpal tunnel, so i need a lot of support while working. Ive been wearing it for 10+ hours a day (my doctor wants me to wear a brace for at least 8 during the day, and use a more secure brace at night) and havent had any issues with it. I will say it is a little difficult to put on with one hand at first, but you learn pretty quickly what works. If you dont put it on correctly it can be a little uncomfortable in between your thumb and the rest of your hand, so adjusting is key!  mansta
