Communities nationwide are feeling the reverberations of the devastating Boston Marathon bombing , an attack that injured nearly 200 people and took three lives.
Tuesday evening, hundreds of friends, family members and neighbors gathered to remember 8-year-old Martin Richard , the youngest victim of Monday's attack, with a sea of candles and American flags.
Sports teams around the nation took moments of silence to pay tribute to the lives lost and families destroyed by the explosions, while others showed their condolences by participating in massive group runs.
