Brittany Mahomes shared a cryptic message about the importance of honoring differing views amid backlash that she reportedly liked an Instagram post by former President Donald Trump recently.

In a post on her Instagram Stories on Monday, Mahomes shared a message from a blogger and author, Shane Pruitt, about handling disagreements.

Mahomes, whos married to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, commented on Pruitts post, writing in a text overlay: Read that again!

The former professional soccer players post comes after she faced criticism online for reportedly liking a post by Trump, in which he outlined a 2024 GOP Platform.

Trumps MAGA agenda outlined in the Instagram post included plans such as carrying out the largest deportation operation in American history and keeping men OUT of womens sports.

A representative for Mahomes did not immediately return a request for comment.
