Your Bromance May Be Good For Your Health

Close male friendships could aid stress relief.

Are you and your bestie the Joey and Chandler of your friend group? Well, it turns out your bromance may actually be good for you. According to a UC Berkeley study, close social relationships help relieve stress. Researchers found that a group of male rats, that had lived together for two weeks, was actually more social and cooperative after experiencing a mild stressor.
