Colton Haynes Slays Halloween As Ursula From 'The Little Mermaid'

Colton Haynes just won Halloween before it even started. 

We never thought Haynes would be able to top dressing up as Fiona from "Shrek" last year, but the "Arrow" star pulled out all the stops this weekend. 

The actor went under the sea for inspiration and transformed into "The Little Mermaid" baddie Ursula. He shared photo and video evidence with the "Poor Unfortunate Souls" who follow him on Instagram. 

Haynes celebrated with "Arrow" co-star Emily Bett Rickards, who solidified her standing as the reigning fanboy queen by dressing up as Sailor Moon.

We can't wait to see what he comes up with next year.
