Would you believe that the lead singer of one of the most successful bands of all time has never done karaoke?

Dave Matthews of the Dave Matthews Band revealed Thursday on The Tonight Show that not only has he never done karaoke, but the one time he might have, it was ruined by actor Ryan Gosling .

It apparently happened one night when Matthews and Gosling went to a New York karaoke bar together. After Gosling hopped on stage and killed it, Matthews decided he didnt want to have to follow that.

Ugh, lousy, good-looking, multi-talented Ryan Gosling.
