Daily Show Hits Trumps Latest Grievance-Filled Claim With Devastating Reminder

Daily Show correspondent Desi Lydic fired back at Donald Trump after he complained this week that American women are poor, unhealthy, unsafe, stressed, depressed and unhealthy.

I love how hes acknowledging that were stressed out as though hes not the one stressing us out, Lydic said. This is like Boeing being like, weird how people seem so freaked out about air travel these days. 

She also pointed out that Trumps bleak description of American women doesnt apply in at least one case. 

Its not true that all women are poorer, Lydic said. E. Jean Carroll seems to be doing pretty well. 

A jury last year found Trump sexually abused Carroll and awarded her $5 million in damages, while a second jury earlier this year found Trump had defamed Carroll and awarded her $83.3 million .

Trump is appealing.
