Whether you're into the tail, claws or head, lobster makes for good eating. Dipping that tender meat in melted butter brings out a kind of joy that just can't be expressed through words -- uncontrollable grunts of approval seem to say it all. And with lobster prices so low , now's the right time to indulge.

Unfortunately, those blue-blooded lobsters don't cook themselves. To get in on this buttery crustacean you've got to go through the work of cooking it.
