A new study finds that if employees don't get enough sleep , they are less productive.

NBC's 'The Today Show' tackled this issue Saturday morning, and spoke to Arianna about the importance of sleep.

HuffPost's innovative nap rooms were featured as an example of encouraging rest at the workplace.

"Sleep is a performance enhancement tool," Arianna said.
