Hurricane Idalia hit us and power went out. The Jackery was fully charged a ready (easily charged pre-storm by home outlets) and they are quiet. Used inside for 9.5 hours ( still had additional 5-9 hours charge depending on usage) watching TV, morning coffee (although coffee machines drain heavily), fridge kept cold and used all day to maintain a comfortable day during severe storm. The neighbor had a generator running loudly and it draws attention, be aware. These can be charged by cars as well. House outlet pre-storm charges to 100% in about 1.25 hours. I purchased this generator for camping. My husband has a CPAP and weve run into issues with expensive portable batteries dying after a few hours so, after reading reviews I decided to purchase. Bay Area storm knocked out our power. Almost 24 hours and its still powering our fridge, charged our laptops plus various other items on a single charge. So glad I have this thing. Bit rainy so I havent tried the solar yet. Its so portable I can move it around the house if I need, kinda want another one now lol. I received my system promptly. All the components came in as described. I charged it using the wall outlet and it charged as expected. I used it to run a few home appliances including a refrigerator, charge a cell phone and a lamp. I worked very well with those items connected. I stopped the test after 7 hrs. It had consumed approx. 55% of the power. When I received the solar panel, I set it up to charge with the panel and it was slow charging but as expected with only one 200W panel. It charge the systems back to 100% in approx. 8 hrs. I wrote to customer support and they responded quickly and showed good business practices.
