James Carville Says Trump Campaign Has 'Smell' Of 1 Thing Right Now

Longtime Democratic strategist James Carville on Monday voiced his optimism about Kamala Harris campaign, once again saying he believes she will beat former President Donald Trump in the 2024 election.

Harris campaign feels disciplined and organized while Trump is trying a new message every other day and his team is blaming each other already, Carville told MSNBCs Ari Melber .

Carville drew on his lengthy political experience, which has included being on the losing side of elections, when he said: I kind of know what they feel like and look like and my chief takeaway is that the Harris campaign does not feel like its losing.

And although he didnt have polling data to back up the claim, he said: I do know smell when I smell it and [Trumps] campaign has the smell of a loser, to me.
