Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have publicly listed their Beverly Hills, California mansion for sale amid months of speculation about the status of their relationship.

The 12-room, 24-bathroom, 38,000-square-foot estate is selling for $68 million, according to a public listing posted on Thursday. The listing advertised several luxurious amenities, such as basketball and pickleball courts, a boxing ring, a sports lounge and a bar.

The estate was recently renovated with the highest level of quality within the last 4 months, the post adds.

News of the listing came a month after People magazine, citing an unnamed source , reported that the couple had quietly put their house theyve shared since 2023 on the market.

Affleck has been living in a separate rental for several months, a source told the publication.

Representatives for Lopez and Affleck did not immediately return a request for comment.
