Singer Josh Groban stopped by HuffPost Live on Thursday to talk about his new album "All That Echoes " and upcoming North American tour.

But when host Abby Huntsman asked what he would do if he weren't a musician.

"I kind of wanted to be a veterinarian actually. I love animals and I was always the person finding things wrong with my pets when I was a kid...I'm probably not smart enough to have gone to medical school for that, but I always read the books about veterinary work...I would have wanted to be in some way related to animal well-being.

His other back back-up career? Cowboy. "But it's not really lucrative."
