Kamala Harris Fries Donald Trump When Asked About His McDonald's Truther Stance

The Democratic nominee worked in a message on the economy as Trump continued to get cheesed off over her Golden Arches gig.

Kamala Harris reconfirmed Wednesday that she worked at McDonalds in college and jabbed at presidential opponent Donald Trump as he flipped out over her burger past. (Watch the video below.)

Trump has baselessly accused Harris of lying about McDonalds, and facetiously said this week he will work 30 minutes making french fries there and that it would be more than Harris ever did.

In an MSNBC interview with the vice president, Stephanie Ruhle noted Trumps constant Mickey D truthing. She then humorously introduced her fact check by asking Harris if she ever served two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, referring to the fast-food giants old Big Mac jingle. A laughing Harris helped her finish the line on a sesame seed bun and then answered directly.

I have, the Democratic nominee said, noting she worked the fryer.

Ruhle was ready to move on but she got more than she ordered.

Part of the reason I even talk about having worked at McDonalds is because there are people who work at McDonalds in our country who are trying to raise a family I worked there as a student, I was a kid who work there trying to raise families and pay rent on that, Harris said.

And I think part of the difference between me and my opponent includes our perspective on the needs of the American people and what our responsibility then is to meet those needs, she continued.
