Kendall Jenner , Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Joan Smalls, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Karlie Kloss are just a few of the models who walked in the Balmain x H&M runway show in New York City on Tuesday night.
Every year, H&M's designer collaborations get bigger and better (everyone remembers the Alexander Wang party from last year ), but this year seemed especially monumental. Maybe it's because Kendall Jenner fronted the ad campaigns or because Balmain is such a beloved name in Hollywood -- you'd be hard pressed to find a celebrity who hasn't worn something by the French design house. One way or another, everyone who was anyone as in attendance.
The event took place on Wall Street in a space converted into what looked like a subway terminal. Guests sat on a multi-level runway as dancers twerked on stage and just about every major model of the day strutted down the catwalk to unveil H&M's latest label collaboration .
Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing has created a name for himself not only for his gorgeous, intricate designs, but also for amassing what he likes to call the "Balmain army" -- and Tuesday night proved, if nothing else, to be #BalmainNation.
Seeing all the famous faces both on the runway and in the front row (Kylie Jenner, Diane Kruger and Alexa Chung were a few of the A-listers watching the show) was a highlight, but the best part of the night came at the end, when the Backstreet Boys took center stage for a special musical performance. A. J., Howie, Kevin, Brian, and Nick sang a few songs for the audience, including, of course, "I Want It That A Way."
Check out the stars in attendance and the major runway looks below, and snag your own Balmain x H&M duds when the collection hits stores on Nov. 5.
