Kim Kardashian uploaded a photo of herself holding a newborn to Facebook with the caption "Love these precious moments..." Perhaps by "precious moments" she is referring to baby North fake-outs -- although at least Kris Jenner 's imposter wasn't over 3 years old.

The photo is reportedly Kourtney's son Mason Disick, and it is definitely not a coveted picture of North West. Kim's "friends" were quick to note the photo was deliberately misleading. The ire, expressed in over 3,500 comments on the photo, is best summed up by the response from Anabel Ibarra Covarrubias: "Enough kim !! We already know this is not ur baby north west !! ... U want millions of dollars just to see ur baby ? C'mom ... Ur baby worth that money? Cuz i dont think so !!!"

According to Radar Online, Kim was spotted out and about in Southern California , though keeping a low profile, and avoiding the paparazzi. A source also told the tabloid that "Kim is excited to have the whole world see her baby." Although it looks like we'll have to wait (and probably encounter a few more Nori poseurs) before we finally get to "see how beautiful she is."
