A new video is bringing together diverse voices from the transgender community to create a vulnerable, yet powerful, moment just in time for International Transgender Day of Visibility .

In this clip from writer and director Jake Graf, transgender speakers, activists and models get candid about their experiences and open up about their struggles, worries, advice for their younger selves and the tools they use to stay positive. Graf told The Huffington Post that he thought this video could help those who may be facing adversity to understand that they aren't alone.

"I think it's important to show that we all have our own insecurities, fears and concerns, and that we all occasionally have to work to stay positive," Graf told The Huffington Post. "We wanted to make this video to give hope to other people struggling with their identity, gender or even sexuality -- that it's okay to be different, and that it's better to embrace those differences rather than fighting against them. Just be yourself -- there is light at the end of the tunnel!"
