Melania Trump’s “Be Best” campaign continues to receive an icy reception.

The first lady addressed a cyberbullying summit in Rockville, Maryland,  on Monday and acknowledged how social media can be “destructive and harmful when used incorrectly.” She followed up with this #BeBest captioned tweet:
