Morena Baccarin is pregnant with her second child, and her "Gotham" co-star Ben McKenzie is the father . The actress' rep confirmed the news to The Huffington Post Thursday via email.

TMZ reports the actress will reveal her pregnancy (and the father) during a court appearance for her divorce case on Thursday.

The actress is said to have filed documents on Thursday asking a judge for full custody of her 1-year-old son with her ex, Austin Chick , because she lives in New York and he lives in LA, and because she's pregnant, which means she won't be able to fly soon.

TMZ also reports that Baccarin is at the end of her first trimester and her and Mckenzie are excited about the new baby.
