In the scene from Eyes Wide Shut, Kidmans character admits to her unfulfilled fantasy of being intimate with a naval officer she met while smoking marijuana with her husband, Bill (played by Cruise).

While Kidman admitted she definitely doesnt plan on watching the full film with her teens anytime soon, she was in awe of Sundays take on the scene from the R-rated project.

[Sunday] said, Mom, that was good. And then they showed that scene in [my 2004 mystery film] Birth, Kidman continued. And she said, That was really good. And I watched that scene and thought, Wow. That was really good. And I never do that.

The Big Little Lies star opened up about how she leans on her younger daughters for candid feedback about her Hollywood career in an interview with People last month.

Theyre very supportive. But theyre also like, OK, calm down, Kidman said of Sunday and Faith with a smile. But I do think its important not to have sycophants [around you].

She added, And its not also seeking out really horrible criticism Were all a work in progress, as they say.
