WOW, protein ice cream in this is incredible! The texture reminds me of liquid nitrogen ice creams! I converted my usual moka pot latte recipe to a breve with extra cream, added 50g whey, 20g collagen, 6g glycine, 35g honey, and 4 raw egg yolks. Absolutely insane, one of the best ice creams Ive EVER had and Im a snob who doesnt like anything thats not super premium. It doesnt have a crumbly texture like Id expected given the proteins and water from the coffee, it doesnt have a weird gel-ish texture from the collagen. Its like the creamiest, densest thing ever; I suspect the egg yolks, plus honey as the only sweetener, make a big difference to the texture being perfect. And I do mean perfect, I cant imagine a better texture. This is exactly what I was hoping to get out of *normal* ice cream when I got this machine, but its better than normal! Now Im rethinking all my other ice cream recipes to add proteins, only use honey, etc. Ice cream is so cold it easily masks the flavor of the whey, too; shakes/smoothies are too melty and I always taste it. In fact, the melted bit by the time I got to the bottom of the pint tasted like a whey shake or smoothie to me, which just emphasizes what an easy way this could be to get extra protein with tons of textural benefits and no drawbacks to taste. Stop making excuses as to why you shouldnt get this because of the price. If you want the best healthy protein ice creams for dessert this is what you need. Easy to use, no mess, quality of ice cream is amazing, the cup size is perfect! I have had this for about 2 weeks and have made 5 different ones already. I also bought extra cups. Make sure to buy the correct cups that match your make and model number. KC

 

I figured we have every other small kitchen appliance in existence, so why not one more? The idea of turning fresh fruit, etc into something like ice-cream/sorbet without a long churning process and humongous mess was quite attractive so I decided to give this a shot. Im very impressed. Ive only had it about 5 days now, but weve used it each day. Tried it with a banana, 3 fresh apricots and a bit of yogurt blended up, and it made the creamiest apricottiest ice-cream Ive ever had. Weve tried several other recipes now with canned fruit, and even an attempt with a milk custard, and the texture has been terrific every time. Even better, cleanup only takes a minute. Rinse out the inner container and release and rinse the paddle and youre basically done. A little pricey, but Id have to say this was still an excellent purchase. The only downside is that the dog hates it because of the loud noise it makes during its ~1 minute cycle. Steve L.  

 

If you love ice cream but want to keep it healthy or even at the tip of your fingers & at your leisure; you need a ninja creamy! We prep multie ice cream flavors at once and that way we have dessert lined up whenever we feel like a sweet treat; and the possibilities are endless. Super easy to use! Easy to clean. The quality is high. The only down is its a little loud but no louder than a basic garbage disposal. If someone is sleeping just offer them some of your ice cream and theyll be ok lol ashlynn

 

I was given this as a mothers day/birthday gift and I am so in love with it! We found a wonderful base flavor that I make 6 containers of every Sunday. Then throughout the week we add different mix ins with it and enjoy new varieties of ice cream. Its comparable to what I would spend at the grocery store for fancy brands, and tastes better! We eat Keto, and Im able to stay in our diet with it even, with a mich greater ice cream intake than I could do with other brands. I will sometimes add protein mix ins and we can even use it as a breakfast milkshake. So happy my husband saw it in the cart and secretly bought it! Lol Ciara Alery
