Las rajas de batata con crujientes pistachos , queso de cabra y glaseado de granada sern la atraccin de tu fiesta.

batatas con pistachos

Preparacin: 20 minutos
Listo para servir en: 45 minutos
Porciones: 8 (cerca de 4-5 trozos por persona)

Ingredientes:

4 batatas, bien lavadas y cortadas en rajas de aproximadamente 1 pulgada
4 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de sal
cucharadita de pimienta molida
4 onzas de queso de cabra
taza de Wonderful Pistachios picados
2 cucharaditas de jugo de granada
2 cucharaditas de miel

Direcciones:

1. Precalienta el horno a 425F y coloca dos hojas de papel para hornear junto con papel de aluminio.

2. Esparce aceite de oliva a las rajas de batas, junto al aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta, mezclando completamente. Coloca las rajas en el papel de hornear, asegurndose de que los espacios entre las mismas sean iguales.

3. Hornea por 15 minutos. Mueve las rajas y cambia de bandeja. Hornea por otros 10 minutos hasta que se cocine y caramelice. Qutalas del horno.

4. Combina la miel con el jugo de granada. Calienta por 30 segundos en el microondas y mueva. Coloca las batatas en un plato y roca pistachos junto con el queso de cabra sobre ellos. Vierte el glaseado de granada sobre todo y sirve.
