Reese Witherspoon was noticeably absent from last year's Oscars (if you don't count the Vanity Fair after party ), but the Best Actress nominee made up for it on Sunday night when she hit the red carpet in a Tom Ford gown.

The black-and-white design reminded us a bit of the Armani number she wore last month at the SAG Awards and her Giorgio Armani Priv gown from the 2011 Oscars . Nonetheless, we think she looks amazing!
