If you're wondering how it's possible that Chris Christie was unaware that two of his aides created a major traffic jam for alleged political payback, you're not alone. Fortunately, "Saturday Night Live " explained it us this week.

"I'm a busy man," Christie (played by Bobby Moynihan) told Piers Morgan (Taran Killam). "I got budgets to balance, teachers to yell at, I gotta work out five times a year. I can't keep track of every idiot I'm trying to screw over."

Ah, so that's it!

"SNL " also had fun spoofing Justin Bieber, played here by Kate McKinnon. While Morgan attempted to get answers from Bieber regarding his latest egg-throwing scandal, Bieber was more interested in mugging for the camera.
