'Star Trek Into Darkness' Photos: 11 New Images From J.J. Abrams Blockbuster

"Star Trek Into Darkness" is shrouded in so much secrecy and misdirection, you might imagine J.J. Abrams is the director. (Spoiler alert: He is!) Which is why the new batch of stills from the film released by Paramount are so shocking. After all, there's nothing remotely controversial or mysterious about them. Right? (Right?!)

The new pics are basically stills from the new trailer : Kirk, Spock, Scotty (Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Simon Pegg) and the characters played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Alice Eve are shown, all in various stages of displeasure. Where is the intrigue? The double-crossing? The mystery?
