Stephen Colbert guessed how Donald Trump is feeling about Mark Robinson , his handpicked candidate for governor in North Carolina now at the center of yet another scandal .
On Thursday, CNN reported that Robinson had been active on the comments section of a porn website, where he referred to himself as a black NAZI.
Meaning Donald Trump might say hes a very fine person, but would not rent an apartment to him, Colbert said.
Trump in 2017 infamously said there were very fine people on both sides of conflict at a rally organized by white supremacists, who clashed with counterprotesters. Colbert was also referring to a 1973 federal lawsuit against Trump and his company alleging discrimination at Trump housing developments.
