Teens Sing Along To Nicki Minaj's 'Anaconda' Video, Then Question Its Portrayal Of Women

So, we've heard a lot about Nicki Minaj's "Anaconda" music video over the past month.

But what does its target audience think? Get a fresh perspective on the controversial clip by watching a group of teenagers react to the video in the latest episode of the Fine Bros. "Teens React" series .

Their takes on the video are wrought with nervous laughter and animated facial expressions.

"I should have brought holy water today!" says 17-year-old Kaelyn.

But after admitting the song is super catchy, the teens quickly turn their discussion to the portrayal of women in Minaj's video, as well as the objectification of women in mainstream culture.

"[Minaj is] putting herself out there...to expose herself the way she wants to, and she's expressing herself," says Rachel, 18. "But at the same time, she's not, because she's over-sexualized and she's objectified."

Tori, 16, takes the analysis one step further:

"[Music videos like "Anaconda"] make men feel like they're entitled to that body, because they see it all the time."
