Fans of "The Bachelorette " watched Sunday night as Emily Maynard quickly decided that she to be with Jef Holm, and in turn, he proposed. The now-engaged couple were looking very much in love for their requisite appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live " (Weeknights 12 a.m. ET on ABC) Monday night.

Jef claimed he knew from the beginning that it would come down to him and Arie Luyendyk Jr. And, of course, he knew that he was going to be the one who won it all.

That seemed to be the main reason he famously rejected a chance to spend the night with Emily in the fantasy suite. When asked about the chivalrous move, Jef said, "I just felt like we were gonna be together ... I thought we were going to be able to spend the rest of our lives in our own little fantasy suite."

When asked if they had since spent a night together in a fantasy suite, the couple denied it vehemently, though Jef did so with a knowing glance to the audience.
