Everyone thinks of eggs as being one of the most straightforward ingredients -- it is hard to imagine being surprised by them.

But what if you could make your eggs double in size just with a little trick of the trade? We got author and television host Sara Moulton to show us her secret to what she calls a 'souffle omelette,' where just a couple of eggs can turn into a whole meal.
