Nowhere to go..

Nothing to do..

Nothing to hold onto..

Nothing to protect...

Nothing to resist

Nothing to prove..

No one to try to be...

Nothing to think about..

What would it be like to be free of the mental chatter in your head?

What if there were nothing to push and resist against?

In Eastern spirituality, we learn that everything in life is inherently neutral and empty. It is our own thoughts and conditioning that give our own experiences meaning. It is our own thoughts that cause us to be happy or to suffer.

Meditation teaches us how to navigate our inner-struggles. It shows us that the source of our suffering isnt outside of us, but much closer than we think - from within our own consciousness. Through practice, we can learn to expand our own perspective.

Meditation isnt just about emptying our mind. It teaches us to observe our mind with a sense of detachment and compassion. When we practice this through stillness, we are no longer imprisoned by our own thoughts. With each breath of awareness, we can let go a little bit more each time and learn to not take our thoughts so seriously.

I hope you enjoy this special guided meditation. Youll begin with relaxation and be guided through a series of exercises to help you let go and self-reflect. You will find your nothing place. A place of no-things. A place of inner-freedom.
