Even though it’s barely fall (we see you, pumpkin spice), data shows it’s already time to start thinking about next year — and more specifically, where you’ll watch the ball drop and count down to 2017. Luckily for you, travel search engine Kayak.com has just released its Travel Hacker Guide for the 2016 holiday season, noting ten trending cities around the world for New Year’s celebrations. Findings were based on which cities saw an increased interest, with the greatest growth in year-over-year flight searches for the holiday period. Counting down…

1. Minneapolis, Minnesota

46 percent increase in flight searches compared to previous New Year’s Eve
