Wrangler Jeans is hailing Cox as an everyday American hero, but the Acton Municipal Utility District employee said he was just doing his job .

She posted the photo, in which only Coxs lower torso and legs can be seen, to Facebook . It spread quickly, leading Adams to suspend her account because the notifications and messages became overwhelming.
Cox, meanwhile, managed to stop the leak by cutting the pipe and putting a valve on it.
Im real proud of him, Adams said.
