Zac Efron is finally mending fences with Paris Jackson after leaving her heartbroken years ago.

If you dont recall the source of these hurt feelings, allow us to refresh your memory. The King of Pops daughter stopped by The Tonight Show last week to promote her guest role on the Fox series Star. Over the course of her interview with Jimmy Fallon, Jackson revealed her deep love for High School Musical and her childhood crush on Zac Efron.

The first [concert] that I actively really wanted to see was High School Musical Live, Jackson told Fallon.

Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, Efron wasnt able to play Troy Bolton at the show.

[Zac Efron] actually wasnt there, Jackson said. I was so bummed ... I was, like, this heartbroken 10-year-old.

Well, Zac Efron is trying to make up for his absence all those years ago. The Baywatch star spoke with E! News about the snafu, and offered an apology to Jackson.

Im so sorry, Efron told E! Ill make sure Im on set next time if you come to visit.

He even offered Jackson an invitation to the Baywatch premiere. We can only hope this olive branch is enough to heal the wounds of High School Musical love scorned.
