Demetrius Haley, Tadarrius Bean and Justin Smith are the former Memphis police officers left facing charges of civil rights violations in the death of Tyre Nichols.
Emmitt Martin had previously pleaded not guilty to federal charges in connection to Nichols beating and death.
Gibson County Sheriff Paul Thomas is accused of illegally profiting from the work of jail inmates, and housing dozens of them outside of the prison without permission.
The GOP-led state legislature has voted on a bill that would restrict local governments from passing police reform measures.
House Bill 1931 was introduced after Memphis approved police reform measures in response to the death of Tyre Nichols last year.
Desmond Mills Jr. has also agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, who are recommending a 15-year sentence for his role in Nichols' death.
The officers were captured on body camera footage brutally beating the 29-year-old Black man.
The man attempted to enter Margolin Hebrew Academy-Feinstone Yeshiva of the South on Monday and fired a gun outside when he couldnt get in, police said.
