WHAT'S HAPPENING
When children and teens are in school, they should be focused on their studies, not their screens, the governor said Tuesday.
"He'll say whatever he needs to say on any day of the week," Gov. Gavin Newsom told Jen Psaki.
Proposition 1 would be the first major update to the states mental health system in 20 years.
The latest efforts comes three years after a recall effort made a rare appearance on the ballot.
