Starbucks Workers United filed unfair labor practice charges over the CEOs comment that he could never embrace a union.
His role as a Washington insider took him all the way to the White House, where he was a close friend and adviser to President Bill Clinton.
"Youre doing a disservice to the viewer," CNBC's Andrew Ross Sorkin snapped back. "I would like to keep our viewers as healthy as humanly possible."
