WHAT'S HAPPENING
The 35-year-old had a history of making violent threats and in 2016 was accused of inciting a violent road rage attack amid an extramarital affair.

A police investigation recently cleared Lt. Michael Byrd of any wrongdoing in the Jan. 6 shooting.
The lieutenant shot and killed Babbitt when she tried to climb through broken glass into the Speakers Lobby outside the House chamber.
The former president is "threatening law enforcement" like a "mob boss," said Andrew McCabe. "It's just outrageous."
