Harry Dunn, a 15-year veteran of the Capitol police force, is running in Maryland's 3rd Congressional District.
Dunn previously testified against members of the Oath Keepers militia group, whom he fought back as they stormed the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
Just like with Rep. Kevin McCarthy, Trump "could have picked up a phone," Dunn said. Trump must be "held accountable for his actions or inactions that day."
