Donald Trump isn't the only one facing legal trouble. Longtime Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez (N.J.), Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), and President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, are also facing federal charges.
The Texas Democrat is being investigated by the House Ethics Committee and already faces numerous federal charges, including bribery and money laundering.
The Texas Democrat is refusing to step down despite an FBI raid of his home and an indictment on charges that he and wife accepted nearly $600,000 in bribes from an energy company.
"Let me be clear, I'm running for reelection and will win this November," Cuellar said in a statement affirming his innocence.
