The singer is being sued for $100 million because his hit "Thinking Out Loud" allegedly copies Gaye's song "Let's Get It On."
Gayes family was also awarded interest on an earlier award that wasnt immediately paid as well as 50 percent royalties on Blurred Lines from now on.
The lawsuit claims Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" shares the same melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums as Gayes classic hit.
