Mark and Patricia McCloskey pleaded guilty after waving guns at racial justice protesters walking past their home, but Missouri's GOP governor pardoned them.
Mark McCloskey, who's running for Senate, recently posted a photo of his wife from that day saying: "Well-armed women like my wife Patty keep families safe!"
A Missouri official asked the state Supreme Court to suspend the law licenses of Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who threatened Black Lives Matter marchers.
"I'd do it again any time," the right-wing St. Louis lawyer said of brandishing his firearm at demonstrators.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
Mark McCloskey was fined $750 and wife Patricia was fined $2000 for pointing guns at social justice demonstrators last year.
