Whenever we get told to "dress to impress" we often find ourselves getting stressed out about the smallest details. Our hair, the outfit choice, the accessories, and even the lip gloss we want to wear. This is because dressing to impress differs from country to country depending on their cultural beliefs and their religion. Because the majority of the people in Dubai follow the religion of Islam, certain dress codes are expected around the city. Women are not forced to be covered up completely, but it is considered disrespectful to parade your bare arms or legs out in public. Clearly, this woman didnt get that memo when she attended the Dubai races, as she has broken both of those rules!
