Tim Bosma trial Day 2: Crown presents 1st look at forensic evidence

After more testimony from atenant who lived downstairs from Tim and Sharlene Bosma, court has begun to explore the first pieces of forensic evidence at the trial of two men accused of killing the Ancaster, Ont., man.

Wayne De Boer was in the Bosmas'homeon May 6, 2013, whentwo men came to testdrive the truck Tim Bosma was selling online.

De Boersaid he and SharleneBosmahad astrange feeling about the whole situation after her husband drove off with the men. Hejoked to her,"That was weird.That might be the last time we ever see him."

De Boer was cross-examined by both defence lawyers, after which the Crown moved on to begin a look at fingerprint evidence.

The trial ofDellenMillard and Mark Smich, each charged withfirst-degree murder, began Monday inSuperior Court in Hamilton.
