Dogs scare away cougar in Victoria, B.C.

A YouTube video showing two dogs circling a cougar has gone viral since it was posted on Aug. 31.

As of 5 p.m. PT on Tuesday,the video had beenviewed more than 10,000 times.

The videos description identifies the two dogs as Kovu and Teaka and claims the footage was recorded in the Highlands area of Victoria, B.C.

"Cougar no match for brave dogs," wrote the user who posted the video, adding in the comments section that the cougar eventually fled up a tree.
