It's unknown right now whetherstudents forced to flee the northern Alberta fires willbe able to finishtheir school year in Fort McMurray.

For some, that maymeanmissing out ontheirGrade 12 graduation ceremony and prom.

The thought of thatdidn't sit well with three teenage boysfrom a Calgary-areahigh school.

So they're putting the word out on Facebookand Twitterthat they're, ahem, available.

"We're asking them to come and be our grad dates so they can experience this amazing day that they might not have now because of the unfortunate events that have happened in Fort Mac," said Jeff Webb.

He andhis two buddies, JoshBunzand Chase Battle, are graduating next month from Bert Church High School in Airdrie.

"It's pretty important to us, so we figured it's pretty important to them too," saidBunz.

Their principal, Laurie Johnston-Drebert, thinks it's a great idea.

"I'm just really proud of our kids because they're kind and considerate."

So far, they've had no takers but there's still time. The teens gettheir diplomas on June 3 and put on their rented tuxedos for prom on June 4.
