Hamilton police seized 1kg of cocaine, 3kg of marijuana in raid

A Hamilton man is facingdrug and trafficking charges after police seized a kilogram of cocaineand more than three kilograms of marijuana during a raid Tuesday.

Officers from the Division-3 HEAT Unit and the Vice and Drugs Unit and Gangs and Weapons Enforcement Unit found the drugs, along with ketamine, THC and cash while executing a warrant.

The 28-year-old is charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of a crime under $5,000 and three counts of failing to comply with recognizance.
