About Sonali Karnick
Known to the Quebec audience as the host of All in a Weekend, Sonali is also the host of the CBC-TV program Our Montreal.
Karnick joined CBC in 2000, working in various roles in radio from researcher and traffic reporter to story producer for federal and provincial elections. In 2005, she took on the role of sports reporter on Daybreak.Shebuilt a solid reputation in radio and television sports, reporting both locally and nationally on professional and amateur sports, including the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the Women's World Cup of Soccer in Germany in 2011.More recently, she covered the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games, the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Sonaliis also an avid cook and a voracious reader. She grew up on Montreal's West Island and graduated from Concordia University with a double major in journalism and communications.
