Youngest of four men charged released from custody
One of four men charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death of Steven Miller has been granted bail.
Kyle Morgan, 19, is the youngest of the quartet accused of killing Miller, 25, in Conception Bay South early onJuly 30.
Bail conditions
Morgan was released on Thursday after putting up $10,000in bail. Two others put up a total of $20,000in the form of a surety for Morgan, meaningthey could lose that money if Morgan breaches any ofhis bail conditions.
As part of those conditions, Morgan isn't allowed to have contact with the three other men accused of Miller's murder: Calvin Kenny, 25, Paul Connolly, 35, andChesleyLucas, 23.
Morgan is also not allowed to have any device that allows him to connect withinternetor other digital network.
Morgan also has to report to the RCMP in Clarenvilleon Mondays and Fridays. He hasa curfew, must not drink or go into any place where alcohol is served, and mustkeep the peace and be of good behaviour.
Morgan is back in court on Oct.12 for a status update.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary saidMillerwas violently abducted from his home in Seal Cove before it was set on fire during the early morning hours.
A while later,Miller's body was foundin adriveway in theBayview Heights neighbourhood of C.B.S.
Police haven't releasedthe cause of Miller's death, but did confirm he was stabbed.
